Until I got these I was making all my food from scratch and getting kind of bored with the lack of satiety and blandness of a low fat diet. I'm on my second case of 36 bars now! (good value buying this many at once). They are sweet and fruity with quite a dense texture and the crispy bits are pleasant. They are a bit dry, but all low fat foods tend to be.
