Beautiful bucatini. It is thinner and more delicate than other bucatini, which typically is much larger and harder to eat. This bucatini is a manufacturing marvel, because it is light and thin. Ok, they are not spaghetti, but called Bucatini. They are a little thicker in diameter and they are hollow. And after trying them, I will never go back to regular spaghetti again. This pasta is awesome, a bit hard to find and a little pricey but worth the effort and money. Cooks in 7 minutes vs. 11 for regular spaghetti.
