However, I still gave it my best try (I am 'tech savvy') but this thing just would not work. It would only 'see' one connected device; it would switch to the other inputs but it would not see more than the one device (Note: the lock was in the 'off'' position so it wasn't that). As a last resort, I tried changing out several different devices and using several different inputs on the switch, just in case it was a specific device or input that it wouldn't see; it didn't matter; it would still only see the one device. I do not like writing negative reviews but this 'thing' just wasted a lot of my time. 'All-in-all', cheap packaging, cheap product (look and feel}, did not work, wasted a lot of my time trying to make it work and having to re-package it and drive to UPS to return it. My thanks to Amazon for their 'no-hassle' return policy!Update:Although I returned the product, I was impressed with Lankstone’s Customer Service. They emailed me immediately and offered their assistance, however, I had already arranged to return the item and had ordered a replacement brand. I added another 2 stars for their quick response and offer of help. ### ⭐⭐ Failed after 2 months *by H***G on Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2018* 2 months after purchase and working perfectly, certain ports started to have problems. Port 1 which is the main one I use keeps giving me an HDCP 2.2 error, saying that the 4D content is not supported. I have tried to replace the cable with a brand new HDMI 2.0 cable, still giving me the same problem. I recently switched it to port 3, which I use less often. It seems to solve the for a few days, but the same problem appeared today. My roku also periodically experience a green tinted screen. I have to switch the roku to another hdmi port for it to become normal. The whole thing has become very frustrating, especially after working perfectly for the past 2 months, which is also too soon for a new product to fail! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleased Purchaser *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2018* Lots to like about this device.
