I like giving this to my family just because it's not just empty calories and has alot of vitamins and minerals. You can have it cold or heat it up for hot cocoa. I think it was I buy in the store. The appearance has changed a little since I last bought some. I often drink smoothies, and I use either a meal replacement powder (get all that extra vitamins and minerals), or I use a basic protein powder. I rarely get chocolate flavored because the chocolate never tastes right. So when I want a truly chocolatey smoothie, I always use Ovaltine. It makes my smoothies taste more like milkshakes. Sometimes I blend in a frozen banana and/or some instant coffee powder.
