We left the key in to make it easier to open. **Q: do you just use the normal multifold 9.5 x 9.10 towels?** A: we use the Marathron Premium Multifolds which are 9.25L x 9.5w so your 'normal multifold' should work. **Q: Can you see how many towels are in the dispenser?** A: 2 packs of 250 towels/pack.
