Named after its rich colour, and containing Mother of vinegar, Natural Umber was awarded 3 Great Taste stars for its bold and well-rounded flavour, in 2018. We have been working with apples in the UK and Ireland for over 50 years, with our own orchards making up over 350 acres of cropping apples. Years of passion and perseverance in growing and processing apples have enabled us to create an apple cider vinegar that tastes deliciously different. Deliciously Different Simply add 1-2 tablespoons of Natural Umber to still or sparkling water. For a warming apple tea, add to hot water. Alternatively, add to salads, sauces, marinades and more for a delicious apple flavoured kick. Full of Goodness Natural Umber is naturally rich in a complex structure of good bacteria and enzymes, known as Mother, believed to bring many health benefits; including supporting gut health and the immune system. Enjoy daily as part of a healthy and balanced diet. Raw and Unfiltered We use nothing but 100% organic apples to create Natural Umber. It is raw, unfiltered and contains Mother of vinegar. Its appearance is a natural part of this style of vinegar. Natural Umber uses apples from the family’s orchards and carefully manages fermentation to preserve the fruit character, creating a distinctive vinegar with a balanced apple taste. - VITAMIN D FOR BONES AND IMMUNITY: Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Enjoy it as part of a varied, balanced diet and prepare it in the way that best suits your meals and daily routine. - EASY TO USE IN DRINKS AND RECIPES: Dilute a tablespoon of Umber Plus in still or sparkling water, or add it to a salad dressing for an apple tang. It also works in marinades and other savoury recipes that benefit from a fruity vinegar note. The 5% acidity gives it the familiar bite of apple cider vinegar, while its apple flavour makes it a versatile cupboard ingredient. - 2-BOTTLE MULTIPACK: Receive 2 separate 500ml bottles of Natural Umber Plus, providing 1 litre in total.
