I wanted to use them to make overnight oats, and they work for that except that the lid is not tight enough to shake the contents without leaking. I have two issues and the reason's I did not give 5 stars is because the lid EASILY comes off both cups that I received. The whole purpose of why I bought these was to keep the drinks in the cups! Company needs to install a better plastic or rubber ring to prevent this. The other concern is there is no insulation preventing the cup from being to hot or cold only the sleeve and it is NOT enough especially for the little ones.
