Customer Service is excellent. *by P***C on January 20, 2026* I ordered the water pitcher with a filter, and I also ordered a set of 3 extra filters. The pitcher filters the water well. I won't say the water is "softer" but it tastes better than water straight from the tap. I like the 10-cup size for just the two of us; it's easy to refill as needed. The color of the pitcher is good; I like the clearness of the pitcher so that I can see how much water is left in the pitcher (or whether it needs to be refilled. The filler opening at the top is interesting because when the reservoir is full, the opening auto closes. My minor suggestion to the company is to increase the size of the spout so that it's easier to pour the water into a water bottle with a small opening (an opening the size of a bottle of soda). What I really appreciated is the customer service of this company. Krystal, was a tremendous help in fixing the minor issue I had with the filter replacements (one was missing). Her professionalism, her can-do attitude, her immediate response to get me what I needed as quickly as possible turned an average purchase into a wow! moment.
