I was able to walk in these bad boys 20 minutes in downtown Buffalo, NY winter conditions, and not a hint of pain, they didn’t slip on icy parts of the walk, and the heels didn’t budge. I walked, I wore them through the beginning to end of the holiday party and not a single issue with comfort. The material and straps felt cheap when I first opened the box but I’m pleasantly surprised. True to size—I usually size up to a 9 in pointy heels (8.5 usually) but my true size here was perfect.
