A: Please confirm your monitor's size is within 32'', the VESA pattern is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and weight is 4.4-22lbs. Your desk thickness is 0.39''-2.76''(clamp mount); or thickness of 0.39''-2.76''and hole diameter of 0.39''-2.36''(grommet mount).

**Q: What if your desk is thicker than 2.76 inches?**
A: If your desk is thicker than 2.76", we prefer to recommend a grommet mounting. If your desk is not convenient for grommet., please let us know the thickness, material, and type of your desk, preferably in the form of a picture.

**Q: When the monitor keeps tilting down, how we can solve it?**
A: You could adjust the tilting bolt for the monitor. 1. Loosen the bolt 1-2 turns with the Allen Key 2. Hold the monitor with both hands and adjust it to the right position 3. Tighten the bolt firmly with the Allen Key

**Q: Why does not the arm stay in the position needed?**
A: Please note that when out of the factory, the value of the gas spring is generaly adjusted to the minimum value which makes the arms lean forward.You could refer to the instruction manual to adjust the value according to the weight of your monitor.

Overall a good stuff but not sure if that's worth money Having wobbling issue with my table and monitor as I have a heay BenQ PD2706U monitor and another one is LG light weight monitor both of them are facing wobbling. Looks clean and aesthetic from front, I haven't done cable management so won't comment on that part. Building quality is good and strong Have multiple axis to adjust but I'm unable to tilt monitors upside down.
