Not very user friendly/bad customer service. However, the comforter is great during the spring/summer. It's warm enough if it's cooler inside and cool enough if it's warm inside. I do wish the seller had extra pillowcases as a separate purchase. I had to buy a set and hope it will match. I bought solid colors which I hope will come close to one of the colors in the comforter. The seller should have both the original design extra pillowcases or solids that match one of the many colors on the comforter.
