Review: Easy Peasy Barn Door Installation - Worked great! I had never worked with something like this, but it wasn't that hard at all. Just think through what you're doing. You'll almost certainly have to drill additional holes in the bar to hit the studs in your actual installation, but that's easy enough to do. Turned out really nicely..
Review: Came out nice but directions need editing - I found the kit to be easy to install, and my door looks great but the directions had two errors that I found. The drill bit size they said to use to drill into the wall was way to big for the bolts given. I knew better so went smaller. But, when I hung the door it scraped the floor to my surprise! I measured precisely like the directions said. I had to cut the bottom of my beautiful door by 3/8 of inch. I could have moved the top rollers down but the wood was stained and the prior holes would have shown. Definitely an error in the directions as I read another review that said the exact same thing.

I found the kit to be easy to install, and my door looks great but the directions had two errors that I found. I am very impressed with both the quality and ease of installation with this product. While not exactly a traditional use for this, it is holding up extremely well as the door to my outdoor BBQ shack. I am so happy with my choice to purchase this kit.
