I've started to see unwelcome changes in my face & skin in last year or 2 in spite of a religious skincare regimen. Dark spots, baby wrinkles waiting to eventually give me a shrunken head look. I am at that "woman of a certain age" stage. In my earlier days I used to receive a lot of compliments on what beautiful skin I had. Well, no more. I use at home peel off masks, red light mask therapy, retinol, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, castor oil, Vaseline slugging, derma blading...the whole gamut. I'm sure it has all helped, but I never felt (nor saw) any obvious improvement with the exception of derma blading. That did seem to have the best effect on dark & dry spots. Up till then, I ordered more expensive brand name blades that did the same thing but cost a lot more. It comes as a yellow/gold gel & a little goes a long way. During those 2-3 minutes, I could feel my face tightening, sort of.
