I'm hoping it works better when the case is full. It doesn't seem to move smoothly and I have to get it opened a little so I can get my hand in there to lift the top to make the zipper open easier. I think if the zipper were around the entire top instead of being kind of inserted, it would perform better. But I do like the color and the size. It seems to roll around nicely and I'm looking forward to using it on my next trip. I bought it because I hate the clamshell suitcases and the cloth ones don't hold up well to airline travel.
