I have never done a cleanse before and definitely don’t have the best relationship with food, so I had no idea what to expect with this cleanse but since it would be such an extreme change for me, I had doubts. The first day was the worst and I wasn’t sure I could continue but I stuck it out by drinking tea, lots of water, and gave in and had some leafy greens which definitely kept me going. By the second day, your body gets used to it and by the third day I felt so great. I noticed I had lots more energy and just overall felt lighter and less bloated. I do not weigh myself due to my food issues but I could definitely tell a difference in my clothes. All of the flavors were so tasty and fresh. I had a bit of an aversion to the beet one, but the other ingredients balanced it out enough to be drinkable.
