Is it a daily routine or can it be done every other day, once a week?** A: The companion shampoo (bought separately) assumes daily use. This product is sprayed on towel-dried hair after using the shampoo. Because I am suffering from Covid-related Telogen Effluvium, I am really babying my hair so I am only shampooing once a week and I use the Follicle Stimulator spray afterwards. It says you can use it between shampoos to add volume to hair, but I have not done so. **Q: Can I use it on my beard?** A: I don't see why it would hurt. I don't think this product will create a fuller beard if you have gaps to fill in, but who knows? **Q: Is this product makes burning sessetion when applied to hair?** A: I did experience a tingling sensation. It almost felt "cold". I do believe the shampoo and the follicle stimulator did help with my hair loss from Telogen Effluvium following Covid. I used it a few times per week and it helped. **Q: How can i use this spray . And how many time there is no info about the correct way to use** A: I usually put it on after washing hair, all over crown and in the back near the neck. I spray liberally Just before the point of dripping. Then I let it sit for 5 min then I apply all my other hair products before I let it air dry or blowout and style. You want to make sure this is the first thing that touches the scalp. Then later products thinnest to thickest.
