The screw holes do not line up but they do work if you make new holes. ### ⭐⭐ Does not include everything you need to install system, like other systems. *by F***N on April 29, 2018* This item was purchased as a present for my brother, who has a 2016 Polaris Ranger 900 XP. When he received the item he told me he was missing items: antenna and wires (all wiring included was high gauge thin wire). So I contacted both the seller and Amazon. The description use to say that the Rangersystem1 includes "everything" you need to install your system. It now has been changed to "seamlessly", after several phone calls to Amazon and emails to the seller. I even called MTX and they informed me that it did not need an antenna to work, nor lower gauge (14-16)wire for hookup. Polaris dealer also suggests lower gauge and an antenna. We even went a step further and contacted Crutchfield: car stereo and they suggested going with a thicker lower gauge wire. So it was installed with lower gauge wire (not included), and with an antenna. Without the antenna you DO NOT RECEIVE any channels through the tuner AM or FM. Since this UTV is made for the TRAILS and not designed to drive down the street near LARGE CITIES, where there would be a stronger transmission from radio stations, I suggest you buy an antenna. You can purchase a cheap antenna but a better one for about $25 will work better.Long story short: the radio is good so far, but since it did not include "everything" I am disappointed with the purchase. I also believe that both MTX and the seller were very responsive to returning emails and conversing with me personally (MTX) about their product. However, I had to tell MTX that many companies sell these systems with an antenna like Rockford Fosgate (right on AMAZON). Both the seller and MTX are just out of their league for stereo systems for UTVs. ### ⭐⭐ Does Not Fit Ranger Wiring *by C***. on May 21, 2019* I bought this system from another site, but since MTX nor the other site will let me leave a review, here it is. Hope this helps others because I researched whether to go with the MB Quart one from Polaris or this. Trust me, this head unit looks a little nicer, not sure about sound quality, but for installation ease.... Go with the MB Quart. This doesn't come with the power cable that you need to connect the battery terminals to the busbar at the front of the machine, so you have to get that from Polaris anyway. What was most frustrating was there are no actual directions as to how to hook any of this system up to itself or your machine. So you have to figure out how to hook this up to the busbar correctly, which is impossible because the pigtails that came with the audio head unit aren't long enough. So you have to find and use your own wire to get from the busbar close enough to the head unit to make the positive and ground connections with a wire nut and electrical tape. AND THEN make sure you are connecting your positive from your audio unit to the THIRD post on your bus bar, or else it just drains your battery overnight (learned the hard way). You also have to make the speaker wire connections using the supplied crimp connectors, and figuring out which speaker wire is for which speaker from the owners manual. This could have easily come from MTX with the connectors already attached so it would be plug and play. I had to figure this all out myself as MTX has NO installation instructions or videos for this install. After several hours figuring this all out by deductive reasoning, bourbon, and watching the MB Quart video and surmising what i could, I had it hooked up and not draining my battery. And the sound is just OK. Not as loud as I had hoped, and not worth nearly $600 after all said and done and nearly 4 hours of my life I'll never get back. From what i gathered the MB Quart system comes with a battery cable to the bus bar, and a harness for the speakers and head unit. It also has a connector long enough to reach the head unit and bus bar.
