They're very plump, juicy and sweet; not like other dried cranberries that can be very hard. I like to add them to my chicken salad for a pop of sweetness and flavor, along with pecans. Very good! My only personal problem with them was, and I didn't know this prior to buying them, is that dried fruit can cause headaches due to a built-up level of tyramine, a naturally occurring chemical found in certain foods, one being dehydrated fruits as well as aged cheeses...you learn something everyday! I still would give this product 5 stars though.
