However as is shown in the picture the Body Harness is damaged. More specifically somewhere in the manufacturing stage the clip onj the right side had it's retainer snapped of due to damage to the upper left side which appears to have been crushed somehow. The secured end (left side of picture) is also clearly bent which caused the snap on the right side to break.
