They are just telling you in the description how much it costs per ounce. :) **Q: Can i use in a nebulizer?** A: Gaia Herbs does not recommend using the Bronchial Wellness Syrup in a nebulizer. The syrup is in a base of honey and therefore would not be appropriate to use in a nebulizer. They recommends ingesting the product at the recommended dose for maximum efficacy. **Q: What is sustained use vs acute use?** A: I tried this product daily for the best part of a month. It honestly did nothing for me. It also tastes disgusting.
