I found this make on friday; and took a liking to itas the colours matched exactly what I wanted as the red piping on the edges picked out the red marker on the crown and also the stopwatch's second hand. . It arrived on Saturday as stated by the seller. and I opened it this morning to fit it. the quality of the strap is really nice. very soft and smooth, it feels like silk. with it's fine weave . the keeps and buckle are satin finish and all very smooth to touch with no rough edges. the holes for the buckle prong are eliptical to match the prong itself, and they are all heat sealed.anf it really well the strap glides through the keeps and buckle really well. no snagging ; so it is easy to put on and remove. there are 13 holes in the strap and i fasten mine up to 6 from the end. the strap arrived well packaged with the added bonus of a really well made pin removal tool . a nice touch, as I have always had to use a small flat- head screwdriver or knife. I thought this was a really nice touch. there were also four extra pins supplied. the strap took less than ten minutes to fit as you can see from the time on the watch face. the leather strap in photo one is a Hirsch ; that, after 8 years of use looked a bit frail as the glue had started to come away. hencet the need for a new strap. I love Nato straps as they are so comfortable. I have a few others, but none are as nice as this one for looks and quality. Im probably going to put one on my Seamaster now as a treat. The huge number of reviews and buyer pics suggested this would be a good choice so I picked a colour way to match my dive watch and hit the button. Well the reviews were right, well made, very comfortable and cool looking strap. The reviews were also right in that the strap could be 1-2 inches longer so that you can do the proper loop back of the strap tail through the retainers and for me personally I would also have preferred the strap to be 1mm thicker (sounds pedantic but makes a big difference in look and feel), you might just have to use 1.5mm strap bars instead of 1.8mm to be able to thread the thicker strap through on some watches.
