When I unscrewed it, it had a little dent and smudge so it's obviously been used. Be careful I've thrown it away Review: I love this lipstick. I've worn this shade for YEARS. I was running short on the tube I had, so I went to buy more, and I could no longer find it in stores. I almost panicked (first world problems, right?) because it is a GREAT color on me, and I've had many a compliment, and it doesn't clog the pores around my lips, surprisingly, because a whole lot of lip products do, plus irritate because I have highly sensitive and allergic skin. Even with the scent in this product it does not bother me. I went out to coffee with a friend of mine, & she complimented my lipstick, so I ordered one for her and one for me. Part of her Birthday gift.
