A: Hi Dennis, thank you for reaching out! The acidity of our extra virgin olive oil is always below 0.80% .  Each batch of our olive oil varies slightly with levels of acidity and in recent years, our acidity has been between 0.35% to 0.67%.

A: Hello, yes! The harvest is this years harvest (2019)!  It is stamped on the container and the expiration date is August 21st, 2020. Thank you for asking!
