The reinforced handle won’t bend or break when stirring even the largest and thickest vats. The specially engineered countered blade gently scrapes the inside of the pot for even mixing.

Not sure what it would take to bend this but it would be operator error. Welds are strong, quality material, and completely sealed so cleaning is easy. C'mon, you know you look cooler with fancy cooking gear.

We had a large family celebration and decided to do a low country boil dinner. Our large pot is 12 inches high. We needed a spoon that was large and heavy enough to stir a pot full of food and boiling water. This spoon was incredible. It created the distance we needed to not have our hands close to the boiling, hot water and was heavy enough to move food from the bottom of the pot to the top for an even cook job. The spoon quality and price were excellent.
