Although the shorts appeared to be new when they arrived, they already had visible lint on them. I assumed this would go away after washing, but even after 2–3 gentle hand washes (no machine wash), the condition has worsened significantly. The fabric is now completely covered in lint, looks worn out, and feels rough. It’s so bad that it’s not even suitable to wear at home, let alone outside. This is clearly a very poor-quality product and not what I expected from a platform like desertcart. This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I feel that my money has been wasted. desertcart must take strict action against such sellers. It is your responsibility to ensure that sellers meet quality standards. Allowing such third-class sellers damages the trust customers place in desertcart. These kinds of sellers should be prohibited from continuing to operate on your platform. I request a full refund or a proper replacement of acceptable quality. Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
