I’ve never noticed any bones, and the texture is more like tuna (which is a good thing imo). I can grab a can and throw it onto a bed of lettuce for a quick, satisfying, and healthy lunch. The Mediterranean is my favorite but I like them all, even the jalapeño. I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy food and assumed it would be hot, but it’s very mild with a nice hint of jalapeño flavor.
