## Questions & Answers

**Q: what are the ingredients?**
A: The mango flavor lists sugar, water, mango purée concentrate, natural flavors, preservatives & coloring.  I'm sure the peach is similar, but we're out of that.  Sometimes you can see the ingredients by expanding a back view of the bottle, but that doesn't seem possible with this flavor.

**Q: Ingredients, please?**
A: Sugar, water, peach puree, natural flavors,  citrus acid, sodium citrate,  beta carotene and vegetable juice concentrate for colors.

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated after opening? There is no direction to do so?**
A: I'm surprised how no one in these questions are providing clear answers.  The first ingredient is sugar, so this syrup is basically a preserve.  Sugar is extremely hygroscopic, and bacteria can't survive since they lose their water by osmosis.  It is shelf stable, however it can develop mold, so it would be a good idea to keep it refrigerated.

**Q: How does fruit puree differs from syrup?**
A: this fruit puree contains real fruit and is thicker than Monin's syrups. Monin syrup does not contain real fruit

Smells and tastes amazing, however this appears to be more of a bar mix than you puree. The only fruit listed as anything other than juice is orange. Still delicious, made soda with it.
