I might use this as a flat surface on top of other Tstak parts as a work table for laptop or small equipm** A: It will hold it . I use it at work to write all my reports on it has been thur a lot and still works great **Q: Does anyone know the interior depth? I know the specs say 2.54 in. but I believe that is the outside dimension.** A: The interior depth is approximately 3/4 of an inch on one side or a total of 1 1/2 inches closed. **Q: Are the pins that hold the pouch into place replaceable?** A: Uncertain.
