I watched all their videos and read the manual. The tube-shaped pump attached to the valve, but never inflated more than touch of air. Then I couldn't deflate it to remove that touch of air to repackage for a return. The inflatable cushion that goes in the outer cover is cheaply made and would need to be inflated again within 14 days.
