Review: Excellent zero calorie natural sweetener!! - This is my third bag of Duralife Allulose. I add 50 grams to my daily gallon of homemade electrolyte water. There's no bad aftertaste, it's all-natural, shows no blood glucose response on my CGM & is supposed to stimulate natural GLP-1 production, but since I haven't had GLP-1 levels tested, all I know is that it does help me control my hunger, so I eat much less, without any of the GLP-1 side effects, except for the one time I used 1/4 cup in 2 quarts of homemade lemonade, that was too much in one dose.
