She habloed no English, but instead waved me inside and sat me at a mesquite table in her kitchen. Grabbing a copper pot, she began cooking a brew that filled the air with hope, comfort and love; a Mexican hot cocoa so ethereal and sublime that as I sipped it and allowed its intoxicating blend of spice and chocolate fill my body, I didn’t notice that she somehow managed to notify the halcones of my presence. I heard the approaching doom in their ratty Nissan pickup truck, yet I was nonplussed. Her cocoa was so delicious that I thanked that lovely old senorita, kissed her on the cheek and forgave her for sellin me out to the cartel goons. That’s how good this stuff is.

You add the cocoa mix, heavy cream powder, fill the mug 1/2 way with boiling water, use the electric wisker, then pour the rest of the boiling water. If you keep the wisker moving and close to the bottom you wont fling cocoa everywhere. Basically the best hot chocolate you can buy and the kiddos go nuts for it during the cold months.
