Your application may have a rubber insulator for noise that you would re-use. It would slip over the round (black) cyllinder shaped part. That is the electric motor. **Q: What is the flow rate in gallons per hour GPH of this pump?** A: I think it is rated in liters, not GPH. If I remember correctly, there are 3.78 liters per gallon. The volume rating on the pump is somewhere in the 3.6 liters per minute. I have installed one on a Typhoon with an additional reservoir to make sure it has enough fluid to not have cycled thru in the 14 seconds for drag racing. **Q: what is the flow rate?** A: This is from memory, but I think it's published as 367 liters per hour. Works fine for intercooler on my GMC Typhoon **Q: What is the diameter of the cylindrical body of the pump?** A: I just measured the old one that I replaced.
