Review: Great bicycle and great customer service - This bicycle arrived packed well and was 75 percent assembled. The rest (front wheel, handle bars, peddles) was easy to put together. This bike has all the options (disc brakes, full suspension, 21 speed, shimmono derailer). There was a problem with the front suspension not compressing. I contacted ShiDu Sales and they were great to work with. The problem was resolved with not a lot of effort and I felt I was treated fairly.

Instead of leaving me with no solution, the store went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new bike. This level of responsibility and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly admirable. The new bike I received has been perfect—I’ve been using it for some time now, and it hasn’t given me a single issue. I highly recommend this store, not only for the quality of their products but also for their excellent service and commitment to their customers. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!

I would have given this 5 stars but the only slight issue for now is the front rim has a small dent. Eventually it will have to be fixed. Overall very happy with bike. Rides great, gears shift on a dime, front & rear disc brakes great. I should mention the bike is on the heavy side which is a good thing. Over the hills and far away, Ecarpat will find your way!! Couldn’t go wrong for the price!
