We installed it in the Nexus 7. Unfortunately, after the prescribed 2 hours of charging, the battery was only 13% charged, and the message "Connect your charger" appeared. (This is the same message that appeared continuously with the old battery. Connecting the charger did not result in a charged battery for either the old or the new battery.) We were very disappointed, and do not know what to do next. Can you suggest a solution?
