Inside the box, the product was housed in a firm foam to stop it from rattling about. The 2 glass bottles are just the right size for hand wash and hand lotion. The glass of each bottle has a quality, matt, bright white appearance. The bottom of each bottle has ridges to prevent it from sliding. The silver tops of both bottles have a good, shiny, quality appearance. The little tray both bottles sit on, is ceramic and had a slightly scuffed base that prevents it from sliding. The blue plastic pourer is functional and prevents liquids going everywhere when you fill them. Overall the appearance is really good. Functionality is also good.
