It'll only be by a couple seconds. Samsung's gen 3 NVMe SSD actually booting games up faster then other brand gen 4 SSD because of how good the firmware is with samsung ssd. The biggest place where you will see the biggest difference is with really big files, the faster speeds of gen 4 will start to expand the gap in superiority with load times of very big files. But that's not really real world.
