So-In the standard 1.0 , I buy the vanilla and chocolate but use the chocolate as a "treat" earlier in the day if I do. I also was graduated to the Standard 1.4 since I have a volume issue and it comes in the vanilla and so I buy that. But keep in mind that with the vanilla you can always add "flavors" to change the taste. Just cannot heat the formulas up. I do hope this helps.
