**Q: Can these be used on chalk painted surfaces,  such as annie sloan paint or dixie belle paint to add highlights? then spray with a fixatif to seal?**
A: My good guess is yes. But why not just use the paint to highlight? You'll have/create a different texture and visual texture with the oil pastel.

初心者にとってはお高いクレパスです。本気で描く人にはとても良い品だと思います。描きやすさ伸びやすさ発色が綺麗です。包んでいる紙が剥きにくいのはマイナスポイント。剥きやすくしてくれるとさらに良いですね。
