The first one I installed last week works great but the second one ended up just blowing warm air. I contacted the company via email (only way to engage them) last Friday evening to initiate support/return. I didn't expect them to answer over the weekend so I decided to initiate the return/replacement with Amazon. Windmillair actually responded to me multiple times over the weekend to offer help. They expressed their concern that they are having shipping channel distribution problems with carriers damaging the internals of the units. Bottom line - your unit is most likely damaged like mine was.
