I've mostly been using it after a run or workout and when it's mixed with ice cold water, it's especially refreshing. Really does feel more rehydrating and reinvigorating than water alone. The taste took a little getting used to, probably because of the stevia and monkfruit used to sweeten it, but now that I've gotten used to it, I like it. My teens hate it, however, but that's a good thing because I don't have to worry about them using it all up before me! As long as you shake it up well, it dissolves easily and completely, even in cold water, so there's no grit at the bottom of your bottle when you get to that last sip. I like that it's divided up into individual serving packs. Makes it convenient to throw a few in my gym bag, work briefcase, or pocket, instead of having to carry the entire big pouch around and scoop it out. Finally, I appreciate that this does not contain caffeine. Many workout drinks have caffeine added, but on most days, I've already gotten mine in my morning coffee and don't want to add more than that. This drink mix just gives you the electrolytes without the jolt of extra caffeine. I usually drink it post-run or post-workout, so that's perfect for me. The Amazon product title says no added sugar, but the ingredients on the package (which you can read on the photos on the Amazon product page) say there is 1 gram of added sugar. So the product title is a little misleading. Since the photos are provided that show otherwise, I won't knock it for that, but the title should be updated to correct the misclaim.
