After 18 years of intense itching at night and trying everything after around 2 weeks of using this a few times a day this has stopped my itching completely. You only need to use a small amount. I am menopausal and after many trips to gynaecologist and Dr's prescribing many treatments that haven't worked and biopsy done too see if I had lichen sorosis which i haven't, I saw this and thought i would give it ago. It does feel sort off a warming cooling effect when first applied but only lasts a few minutes. I first thought this with added t tree oil in it would aggravate but it has helped heal all those tiny cuts around the area.
