The instructions were bad. I got a feeling it’s from people that are not mechanically inclined. It was really not hard to put together if you have any common sense about putting things together I really like the unit my back feels better already. I’ve only had it a couple days. My neck feels much better. My hip actually feels better so I can’t say anything bad about it. I do wish it had the bars that would come up by your armpits. I like that idea but either way they work so that’s my review. Review: Don’t Buy It, Instructions are horrible and not the quality pictured - The instructions provided for this were horrible. Im not sure I would call them instructions at all. Parts were missing but note that even though this is “desertcart Prime” and says you can return, you’ll have to pay for shipping. No drop off location was included. Really disappointed with this purchase. I did figure out how to assemble it finally but the straps are cumbersome and not the quality that’s pictured.
