Perfect for starfish Shavasana Review: Nice mat, could be thicker for my preference - I like this mat. The blue is pretty. It's comfortable and stays in place during at-home workouts. It's not really my type of yoga mat, which is fine, because I bought it for workouts not yoga. I wish it was a little thicker but I am able to do exercise moves with my knees on it without pain and that's really all that matters to me. I really like the large size of it compared to standard workout/ yoga mats. If I could afford a bigger/ nicer one, I would, but for the price this is a good mat. - **色:** Oasis ブルーマット グレータオル、収納ストラップ2本、キャリーバッグ付き ## Images ![Gorilla Mats Large Yoga Mat - 6x4/7x5ft - 8mm Thick Non-Slip Exercise Mat - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714YoACrO2L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: its good for jumping rope?** A: It could be, depending on the type of rope being used you might wear down a hole in the mat over time **Q: How can you clean this?
