First off, the smell! So rich and robust! It is ground fairly fine so I find I can use less coffee for the same punch of caffeine. I also don't have to use as much flavored creamer since it is so-o-o smooth. A big calorie win for me. My digestive tract is thanking me too, so win-win. My health is worth the few dollars more.
