I thanked her anyway and told her never mind. But my never say die wife returned them and ordered the next size down and to my utter amazement, they were a perfect fit and truly extremely comfortable.Now again, I’ve always hated this type of shoe. They’ve always been too stiff, no arch support and far too wide for my feet. I didn’t expect much because these seemed really wide as well and I have narrow feet. But as strange as it is, they hug my feet even though they ARE wide. And they are so soft and lightweight I hardly know I’m wearing them. But the best part is the arch support. I NEED arch support and these have them!Turns out the wife was right and now we both wear our crocs everywhere. Really a great purchase. The only thing I can’t say for sure is about the size. My wife ordered hers in her true size and they were a perfect fit. For me, King Kong couldn’t fit in the first pair she ordered so they had to be sized down. I guess that’s something you will have to use trial and error on. They are perfect for back pain from walking or standing on tile or wood floors. Great with or without socks. Great traction for non slip safety. Sizing can be somewhat off, but patience in finding the correct size is worth it. The photos show the two pair I have. Same size, 9 women’s. Cream pair fits with room ,(I wear these inside, have had them longer,) the black pair I use for outside wear,( had these a shorter time). Both work. They are very sturdy, comfortable, and have not worn down in cushion and comfort as most others do.
