Since I take supplements to replace "chemical" medications, I am wary of over dosing and wasting good money. The vitamin content is quite adequate, per the pharmacological literature I have read. Allegedly otherwise the high dose D3 can build up and cause stiff neck or joints or something. It's cheap and living in the Midwest I need a D supplement in the cold months so I buy this with it. If you swallow pills that are oblong these won't be a problem. They aren't tiny but also aren't huge. Do I notice anything? No. Does the high dose D3 cause any issues......no. So it must be working.
