A: The 3 pack oats do not have a squeeze pack.  Only the oat cups have the squeeze NuttZo with each cup, placed under the lid.  It is 15.g (.53oz).

**Q: You mentioned it’s not “certified vegan” but your packaging shows the vegan label on multiple products that contain bovine collagen… how can that be?**
A: The Purely Elizabeth with Collagen Recipe 14 Blueberry Walnut does not show a vegan label.

**Q: How do you microwave the pouches??**
A: Hi there! You will take the portion of oatmeal out of the pouch, place it in a microwave safe bowl with water or milk of your choice per the instructions on the packaging, then reseal the packaging. Pouches are not meant to be microwaved.
