I use it every day and it helps me exercise despite my knee issues. After having it for a year it began making a grinding noise. After numerous communications with Customer Service in an attempt to fix the issue I was unable to make the necessary fix. Customer Service then told me they would ship a replacement main component that I could switch out for the defective one. This was great news. I received a big, heavy package 5 days later. Imagine my great surprise to find they had shipped an entirely new recumbant bike. This is an excellent example of any Customer Service department to emulate. I can't thank them enough for doing everything they could to resolve this issue. This company rates a 5+++ Thank you VANSWE I can now enjoy my recumbant bike again. Review: Decent Bike - Expensive to Ship for Return - Once I received and assembled the bike, I realized it was not going to work for me. I tried using it a few times, but I couldn't get into it. I'm 6' 4" and I think I was too tall for it despite inseam measurements being in range. The seat wobbled and didn't feel the most stable, but I think it could be better for someone who is shorter. I agree with other reviews stating that this bike doesn't have much resistance. So, if you are seeking a bike with higher resistance, I would look elsewhere. Overall, the bike is sturdy enough and looks nice, but not for me. After discussing with the seller, they graciously agreed to provide a full refund. Initially, it was only going to be a partial refund. However, I did still have to pay to ship it back to the seller. Shipping was quite expensive. Inseam 34. His knees are too bent and we were disappointed because we both wanted to be able to use it. **Q: Was assembly hard? I am a single female and I will be the one to put this bike together.** A: I think its a decent question. My wife was unable to lift the bowflex pieces by herself and had to wait until i got home. She of course was able to assemble the pieces once i got them all upstairs. So the question is valid as even at my age there are few woman as strong. Woman are just as capable as men , more so in most categories, but brute force strength is still slightly in a mans favor and its foolish and vain to ignore that. **Q: How heavy is this bike?** A: It comes unassembled and so I had no problem moving it. Once together I never really moved it much but I seem to be able to move it however 2 people would be better if you move it to other rooms. Item is quiet so does not disturb others. Has 8 levels, so plenty levels to choose from. Had an issue with the product within 30 days. There was a loud noise coming from the peddles.
