Review: Perfect machine and customer service - What are fabulous piece of kit, arrived on time and in the most fabulously packed boy in layer and layer of foam. Has kept me amused for hours. Had a small issue with a limit switch and contacted fox alien customer services who where so helpful, they diagnosed the problem which I replaced the switch from the spare from my delivery, they then sent me a replacement which arrived in a couple of days.
