I went from 272lb to currently 214.8lb in 4 months. So yes they do work. It can be hard to get going and keep it up. Right around the time people are about to see results they give up. Or for 12 cases of 4 drinks per case?** A: The price has doubled over the last several weeks (4 - 4pks per case- 12 drinks), and I am looking for cheaper options elsewhere. Hubby came home just find - the other guy was trashed & had trouble moving afterwards- wondered why hubby wasn’t in the same shape he was in - his younger buddy had refused to drink the Creamy Chocolate Protein Drink. His buddy was still hurting & sore on Monday. Hubby became a believer after that - he had seen me & heard me talk about how good it was for my body - but, until I made him drink it & do it the whole day - knowing it was going to be a hard job - he finally saw it for himself.
